Booking Policy:

Once dates are confirmed a 50% deposit is required within 10 business days from the date of confirmation. Therefore, if we confirm your studio time today we would need a 50% deposit within 10 business days from this date. Failure to deliver your deposit within 10 business days will result in your time being forfeited. Deposits can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, Paypal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please make all checks payable to: Portrait Recording Studios, LLC. Make sure to also mark your band name on the check as well.  Deposits are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy:  We must be notified 72 hours prior to session regarding cancellation.  Failure to do so will forfeit deposit.
